good thing we dont do this on the phone..

scenario 1

girlfriend: baby, u put down first lar.

boyfriend: no no, u put down first k?

girlfriend: no sweetie, hunny bunny, YOU put down first..

boyfriend: i want u to put down first hun.

girlfriend: -insert whiny tone- u to put down first!!

AND it goes on for a blardy 15 minutes. freaking irritates the hell out of me.

scenario 2

girlfriend: you tired yet baby? u wanna put down?

boyfriend: no.. mpfhmmm.. -mumbling in an obviously very tired voice-

girlfriend: okie baby, i really wanna hear your voice anyway.

-silence- they listen to each other breathe for the next 15 mins.

wtf? if u want to put down the phone, do it. don't pretend you wanna continue and keep silent.
thank goodness i don't have to go through this.

scenario 3

girlfriend: i cant believe u did this to me you ingrate!!! i HATE you!!!! don't ever call me again!!

-slams down phone on boyfriend-

-waits 3 mins-

girlfriend: -mumbles to herself- WHY DOESN'T HE CALL BACK??!!!

-calls boyfriend-

girlfriend: i slam down the phone n u don't call back? DO YOU LOVE ME OR NOT? if u did, u'd call back!!!!!!!!!!!

i bet everyone has friends or themselves have been through this before lar.
